Do you need a special licence for it ( I had a glider licence in 1984 and I doubt it will suffice). If not what will it cost to me to get a new licence? What kind of licence I am looking for?

What kind of warranty is still left, if any?
Would you accompany me in the first steps of flying?
How many months per year can you operate it?
