An exceptional aircraft, this carbon fiber airframe was one of the last five LNC2 kits sold by Lancair. The builder had spent several years looking at completed airplanes and had the advantage of incorporating many of the best ideas from the flying fleet. Using all top of the line components N817S was crafted for ease of maintenance, comfort, and user friendly placement of instruments and switches for very logical VFR/IFR flight. The first week of the build was at the Lancair factory, one of only two 320/360 kits ever to have a builder assist beginning at Lancair.
