State of the art for 1913 with it’s factory production OHV motor which makes these pre 1916 Pope’s highly desirable and an excellent candidate for any collection or for the Cannonball rally. This particular motorcycle has been in a private collection for a number of years and well maintained by a noted vintage motorcycle specialist. Previously owned and restored by the late great Bud Ekins, well known stunt man for Steve McQueen on such movies as Bullitt, The Great Escape and many more. This 101 year old motorcycle is at the top of the collectors food chain and with it’s provenance, is highly desirable for any collection or museum.
