Detailed Description
Total airframe time on the 2008 CIRRUS is: 1427. A new engine was installed on November 18, 2015 at 1289.8 hrs. due to a turbo charger failure which took out the engine. It was installed as a 0 time engine, thus the engine now only has 137 hours on it currently. It recently went through an extensive pre-buy inspection with everything corrected that was found, only to have the buyer’s financing fall through at the last minute. I attached the last annual inspection showing everything that was found/repaired. This aircraft has the Avidyne units, XM weather and music, traffic, STEC 55X auto pilot, air conditioning, etc. It had every option available when it was purchased new in 2008. It is a ONE owner aircraft.
