This is Beaver # 12. A Major piece of Canadian Aviation History. Beaver #1 is in a Museum. Beavers 2 – 11 were sold to the American Military.

Beaver # 12 was and is the very first Beaver sold to the public, purchased by Frank Beban Logging in British Columbia and went to work flying the Hecate Straits for a major time in its life. Everyone in the industry of note has flown in FHC including HR McMillan a driving force in the wood industry in BC and Canada.
