Hello, I am interested in purchasing this aircraft. I do have a couple of questions. 1) Is the seller the original owner/builder of the aircraft? 2) Do you have a complete set of builder photos/videos/completion logs, etc? 3) Am I reading the empty weight correctly at 1453 lbs? And are you stating the useful load as 1277 lbs? According to my research, with the extended tips, the max takeoff weight for the 180HP (IO-360-B1E engine) Super II is 2200 lbs, leaving a useful load of 747 lbs. Please clarify. Is the aircraft currently airworthy, in legal flying condition? Is the aircraft certified for IFR flight?
